Overview

This Masterclass provides delegates a strategic understanding of Defence Procurement and Supply Chain. Delegates will first look into Singapore Defence Procurement Processes and understand the Defence Procurement process using a specially created step-by-step Spidergram system. Delegates will also learn how to correctly craft a Procurement Strategy and employ the Military Pyramid Model as a guide to smarter, cost effective procurement.

In addition, this Masterclass will also explain and discuss the Six Steps to be employed when rationalising vendors. Delegates will examine the 4-Step RFP Process that can be adopted in Defence while examining 13 different contracts approaches and the elements that should be included in the clauses in the Terms and Conditions of all Contracts.
