This workshop is designed for:
- Police officers involved in frontline response
- Custodial and detention staff (prisons, lock-ups, holding areas)
- Security and protection personnel in government agencies
- Military police and SAF personnel handling detainees or high-risk individuals Community policing and outreach officers
- School security officers and youth engagement teams
- Emergency responders who encounter individuals in distress
- Supervisors and team leads overseeing high-risk operational units
- Social service or crisis-intervention partners working alongside law enforcement
Our Expert Trainer is the Founder & Director, ForenSights Pte Ltd Expert in Behavioural Science, Threat Assessment & Operational Psychology. She has more than 17 years of public service experience across MHA, SPF, and NCSS, specialising in forensic psychology, behavioural science, and operational risk.
A former Principal Psychologist with the Police Psychological Services Department and crisis responder with the Police Crisis Negotiation Unit, where she handled high-risk suicide and barricade incidents.
The course will include case studies with practical, hands-on experience.
