Rerun: Strategic Workforce Planning

“Does my company have suitable access to talent to ensure future business success?”

“Do we have a leading indicator of employee turnover? What is the percentage of employees at risk?”

These are the questions often raised and challenges often faced by most of the leaders and managers today. Workforce planning allows organisations to better meet the challenges of a rapidly changing economy. Participate in this workshop to learn how to use business strategy to align shifts in demand with the existing and future supply of human capital. Lastly, you will master how to optimise the workforce to meet business goals, increase market share, and improve employee engagement.

This workshop is a fun-filled and interactive learning experience. This learning simulation is based on the principle that proper workforce allocation can only be achieved based on an appropriate process landscape.
