You will learn how to build a crisis management capability, building a team which makes best use of your staff and how to develop and write a crisis management plan. The workshop will also discuss Crisis leadership and how crisis management differs from normal business.

Day 1 of the workshop will involve the core concepts of crisis management, an understanding of the difference between incidents and crisis. Expert Trainer will discuss how to identify where crisis may come from and how to recognise them.

Day 2 will commence with a discussion on the difficulties of strategic decision making followed by understanding how crucial it is to get crisis communications right, and how to develop a crisis communications strategy.
